All Undersecretaries, Assistant Secretaries, Bureau Directors, Centers for Health Development, Chiefs of Medical Centers, Director General of the FDA, Administrator of the LWUA and all others concerned are directed to protect the Department of Health, including all its agencies, regional offices, bureaus and specialized/attached office/units from tobacco industry interference.
