The Increasing popularity of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) or e-cigarettes in the Philippines puts Filipinos in danger of falling into another public health death trap. The World Health Organization (WHO) warns countries on the body of evidence about the health hazards posed by ENDS products and the unproven rhetoric that is a viable “harm reduction” and/or “cessation tool”.
